On the Rise: Fehrplay
Be on the lookout for Norwegian-bred producer Fehrplay, whose debut EP “Incognito” dropped yesterday on Eric Prydz’s Pryda label. It’s great to see seasoned EDM veterans nurture young talent (see: Sebastian Ingrosso/Alesso; Pete Tong/Avicii) and we can hear why Prydz took Fehrplay under his wing. His two debut singles, “Incognito” and “Runaway” entrance the listener with slow progressive builds that drop into driving beats with intriguing orchestrations. Check them out along with an older Fehrplay track, “Slab”. We can’t wait to hear what he produces next!
